About the role

BuildAbility's Employment Services supports individuals with intellectual disabilities in finding and thriving in competitive, integrated jobs. The Program Lead ensures high-quality service delivery and supports the daily operations of Post-Employment Services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Supervisor, Post-Employment Services, including documentation, schedule coordination, follow-up, data tracking, and timely reporting
  • Spend time at job sites conducting site visits, quality assurance checks, job coaching, and direct observation of service delivery
  • Coordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and people supported; update and maintain scheduling systems and tracking spreadsheets
  • Monitor timesheets for accuracy (missed punches, meal breaks, scheduling alignment) and report out to supervisor if changes are necessary
  • Monitor authorized hours to ensure services stay within approved limits
  • Coordinate and support the IHSP reporting process, including tracking due dates, gathering required information, drafting reports, routing reports for review, and maintaining completed documentation
  • Provide training to Job Coaches as needed to strengthen service quality and staff performance
  • Observe employment services and identify support needs, service delivery concerns, or opportunities for improvement; communicate findings and follow-up needs to the Supervisor

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting at $22.00 - $26.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an employment or community-based setting
  • 1-2 years of administrative or program support experience preferred
  • Experience in human services or employment services preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting background clearance
  • Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
