Program Lead, Construction Management Services (Owners Agent)

For our client, we are seeking a Program Lead, Construction Management Services (Owners Agent) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will oversee owner’s representative construction management efforts for large, complex capital projects within a fast-moving consumer technology environment. The Program Lead will partner closely with design, pre-construction, contractor, security, and quality teams to drive execution, maintain standards, and support successful project delivery. This is a highly cross-functional leadership position focused on coordinating day-to-day operations, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across multiple workstreams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,100 – $241,400 annually Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations for construction management and security services Support design and pre-construction phases to enable efficient project execution Provide direct oversight of contractor activities within contractual limits and quality standards Manage quality assurance processes and independent testing services on-site Coordinate construction security measures to ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred 15+ years of experience in owner’s representative project and construction management services for complex projects Strong design-build experience with major new construction projects valued over $250 million Proven ability to manage diverse teams and assignments in matrixed organizations Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce detailed reports for government clients Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and flexible work schedules Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation 401(k) retirement savings plan Life insurance and holidays included Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
