Program Director for Construction Management (Owners Agent)

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Program Director for Construction Management (Owner’s Agent) to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for program-related activities with clients, subcontractors, and government representatives
• Monitor project progress and identify potential problem areas, implementing preventative actions as needed
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing project and program activities for higher-level management and clients
• Maintain strong client and community relations throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project

Requirements

• BS degree and 20+ years of progressive experience in Design, Construction, and management
• Expertise in establishing and leading Program Management Offices (PMOs) for large, complex projects
• Proficient in contract and risk management, particularly with EPC, DB, and PCM contracts
• Exceptionally skilled in stakeholder management, fostering relationships with high-level clients and government entities
• Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) leadership, promoting a zero-incident culture
• Strong background in Federal Government contracting, including acquisition and procurement processes
• Current/Active Secret security clearance or higher

Pay

$157,500 – $283,500 annually
