Responsibilities

• Hands-on Caregiving: Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene according to the individual service plan.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming group home through housekeeping duties including vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and bed making.
• Prepare and serve meals following general nutritional guidelines, individual dietary restrictions, needs, and preferences to ensure consumer health.
• Support members during social and recreational activities by assisting, escorting, and providing physical and other types of assistance.
• Collaborate with HR in hiring, retention, discipline, and termination processes to ensure qualified employees and adequate staffing.
• Complete all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.
