Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate efforts to identify and meet with partners, with a view to establishing partnerships that yield datasets of utility to the effort.
- Prepare briefings and talking points in support of government managers.
- Facilitate meetings and offsites.
- Identify how datasets and partner efforts align with the effort’s strategy and assess datasets for utility against the effort’s goals.
- Plan meetings with partners, to include developing goals and the agenda of each meeting.
- Identify and facilitate the adoption of best practices in business and mission analytics.
Requirements
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Master’s degree
- 15+ years of Intelligence Community or other USG experience
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or a related field
- Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward
- Experience with meeting facilitation
- Excellent verbal communications and writing skills
Prioritized Skills
- Familiarity with data structures, databases, and visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
