The Program Enrollment Specialist (MN) is responsible for conducting both face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services under a self-direction care model. The role promotes self-direction by educating consumers and facilitating their understanding of the process. This position supports the organization’s mission by ensuring consumers receive timely and accurate enrollment services, contributing to effective program participation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct enrollment processes with consumers and their support networks in a timely manner.
- Ensure enrollment documentation is complete and accurate.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to enhance service quality and prevent issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Uphold the organization’s values and mission.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, Marketing, Communication, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
