Responsibilities

• Reinforcement and Leading of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers.
• Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff.
• Lead the curriculum for your team; work directly with the leadership team to ensure the team is teaching the BEST classes.
• Share knowledge of all the programs and events we offer; bring every aspect of our curriculum to life.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family, respond professionally with a personal touch.
• Assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances.
• Perform office tasks including answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk‑in inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.

Requirements

• Love having fun, like giving high‑5’s, and can play like a child.
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Initially part‑time with a goal to move to full‑time as the gym grows.
