About the Role

At The Little Gym, we believe in Serious Fun! As a Program Director, you will reinforce and lead our core values and mission, teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum, and develop a fun and professional work environment for staff. Your role will involve public speaking, outstanding customer service, and maintaining key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce and lead the core values and mission statement of The Little Gym.
• Teach gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff.
• Lead the curriculum for your team in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Communicate knowledge of all programs and events offered by The Little Gym.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Assist the Gym Director in studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators.
• Handle office tasks including answering phone calls, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by thoroughly cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Love for having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a child.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Strong desire to serve and make others feel good.
• Ability to connect well with both kids and their parents.
• Balance of fun and professionalism; knowing when to work hard.

Pay

$43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Somersault Operating, the franchise owner, operates 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA) and has multiple new locations scheduled to open in the coming years.
