Responsibilities

• Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym
• Understanding the philosophy and program
• Communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers
• Teaching amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Answering phone calls, texts, emails, instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries
• Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly
• Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends are all possible shifts

Qualifications

• Loving to teach
• Liking to have fun, but knowing when to work hard
• Liking kids and their parents
• Having a positive attitude and being able to play like a child
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful

Our Back Story

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
