We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of position, overview. The first paragraph(s) describing role: "The Academic Program Director (PD) for Site-Based Learning Partnership (SBLP), is a key leadership position spanning both Capella and Strayer university; he/she/they promote and support a quality academic experience for learners by ensuring a site-based learning (SBL) experience that facilitates accreditation compliance and achievement of program outcomes. The Program Director SBLP has managerial oversight of the SBL/practice education team, with responsibility to oversee data collection, quality improvement activities, governance, operations tasks, and collaboration with internal and external partners, working to ensure that all policies and process are current, efficient, effective, cohesive, and compliant with the diverse accreditation requirements of the healthcare programs within the two universities. This management position contributes to a range of activities related to excellence in SBL effectiveness, learner success, satisfaction and engagement. work closely with deans, assistant/associate deans, program/faculty directors, as well as relevant university departments, to manage systems and processes related to SBL design and delivery. He/she/they coordinate with the Site-Based Learning and Services team, Portfolio, and relevant academic leaders to remain aware of issues related to student placement needs." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: list of essential duties and responsibilities. The bullet list after "Essential Duties And Responsibilities". We need to capture each duty as
  • . Ensure we keep all details. - Requirements: maybe includes work experience, education, certifications, other requirements (travel, remote work, etc). Could be separate sections: Requirements (maybe combine work experience and education). But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes "Job Skills" (list of skills). Also "Work Experience", "Education", "Certifications", "Other". We need to map them appropriately. We need to decide what goes under each heading. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections. We need to include only those with real content. We have content for: - About the role (overview) - Responsibilities (essential duties) - Skills (Job Skills) - Requirements (maybe work experience + education + certifications + other requirements like travel, remote work, ability to work >40 hrs, etc.) - Qualifications (maybe education? but we already have education; but we could treat Qualifications as education + certifications? However the posting separates Education and Certifications. Could put education under Qualifications, certifications under Qualifications as well, or under Requirements. We need to decide. Better to follow typical job posting: Requirements = experience + education + certifications + other mandatory requirements. Qualifications could be preferred qualifications (like "preferred" items). But the posting includes "Preferred" items within work experience and education sections (e.g., "Knowledge of clinical placement processes... preferred", "Demonstrated engagement... preferred"). Those could go under Qualifications (preferred). The required items: minimum years experience, leadership experience, collaboration, matrixed organization, etc. Those are required. Thus: - Requirements: required work experience (minimum 3 years in higher ed etc, minimum 2 years leadership experience, collaboration ability, matrixed organization, etc). Also required education (MSN, doctorate, RN license). Also required certifications (licensure/credentials listed under education categories). Also other requirements: travel occasionally, remote work setup, ability to work >40 hrs, ability to access info using computer, authorized to work in US, no visa sponsorship. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications: knowledge of clinical placement processes, affiliation agreements, compliance requirements, clinical education technologies, site partner expectations preferred; demonstrated engagement in profession through practice education leadership, professional associations, committee participation, presentations, publications, or other contributions to the field preferred; experience managing remote teams preferred; maybe also "Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license (preferably a compact state license)" is required but also preferred compact? Actually it's required but preferred compact. We'll keep as required. - Skills: the "Job Skills" list: Clinical Placement abilities, Leadership Ability, Navigation, Problem Solving & Adaptability, Innovation, Stress Tolerance, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to travel as required/needed. - Benefits: description of SEI benefits: medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans, well-being incentives, parental leave, paid time off, certain paid holidays, tax saving accounts (FSA, HSA), 401(k) retirement benefit, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, tuition assistance, entertainment and retail discounts. Also note non-exempt eligible for overtime. - Pay: salary range: "$112,000.00 - $115,000.00 is the expected starting pay for this position." Also later: "The expected salary range for this position is below. $95,100.00 - $142,600.00 - Salary". There's some confusion: first says expected starting pay $112k-115k; later says expected salary range $95,100-$142,600. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include both statements. Could combine into a Pay section with both pieces. - Schedule: mention work >40 hours when needed, accommodations related to schedule may be considered. Also mention remote work setting. Also mention travel occasionally. Could be schedule section: mention ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant; accommodations related to schedule may be considered. Also mention remote work requirement. Also mention travel occasionally. However schedule heading is for schedule specifics like full-time, part-time, shift. The posting does not give explicit schedule like full-time, but mentions >40 hours when needed. We could include schedule section with that info. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:
