Program Director - North Charleston, SC (OTP)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily program operations and offering assistance as needed.
• Overseeing the appropriate application and adherence to Organizational and Program Standards, as well as regulatory procedures.
• Screens and interviews new associates for hire as needed and submits requests for approval.
• Orients all new associates to the program or designates appropriate supervisors to provide orientation.
• Conducts employee performance reviews, monitors personnel time, and responds to requests for Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Provides for, arranges, and ensures adequate staff training events and development opportunities.
• Meets with program leadership to develop Quality/Performance Improvement plans specific to the program.
• Collaborates with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provision.

Qualification Requirements

• Education and/or Experience: Four-year degree in counseling or related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years supervisory experience is required. Experience with large teams is mandatory. MAT experience is required. Proven track record. Master's degree in the human services field preferred. Licensed Counselor in South Carolina preferred. If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
