Responsibilities

• Coordinate and hold regular meetings to discuss potential admissions and discharges, client issues, staff issues, overall clinical programs, and any related budgetary issues
• Meet regularly with Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations to discuss program, personnel, budget, client, and company issues
• Demonstrate ability to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels inside and outside of the organization
• Ensure consistent interpretation of and compliance with all Collage policies and procedures by using the policy and procedures manual, personnel manual, medical and emergency procedures handbook, and other related materials as resources
• Analyze data to evaluate, revise, and develop systems and procedures to enhance operations and clinical effectiveness of designated sites
• Responsible for program evaluation/quality assessment systems; tracking, completion, and timeliness
• Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures in human resource administration, legal considerations, facilities/properties/vehicles management, compensation administration, and health and safety
• Constantly evaluate systems and procedures to look for more efficient and effective ways to run programs and develop other services and new program ideas
• Approve all program expenses, purchases, and maintenance

Requirements

• A license and/or advanced degree in mental health or rehabilitation, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in brain injury rehabilitation, is preferred
• Experience treating more medically complex individuals is a plus
• A minimum of three years of supervisory experience is required
• Superior planning, organizational, writing, speaking, and time management skills are also required
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills are essential
