About the role
The Program Director- Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for overseeing the medical laboratory technician program at Keiser University.
Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Manage faculty and staff
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners
- Conduct regular assessments of student performance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in medical laboratory technology
- Experience in higher education administration
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of medical laboratory techniques and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
