Program Directors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to develop, maintain and deliver education services to students through: Creating and Maintaining core curriculum across the institutionCommunicating and monitoring delivery of core curriculumPreparing course plans and materialDelivering coursesMonitoring progress/attendanceAdvising studentsRecording grades and submitting reports Position Requirements 3+ years of professional experience3+ years of teaching experienceMaster's degree is requiredKnowledge of education methods and administration as well as current NAACLSAccreditation procedures and certification proceduresMust have the FL-Medical Technologist license
