About the role
with a paragraph summarizing the role: managing Fire Science degree and certificate programs, CPAT program, etc.Responsibilities
with- items covering the detailed responsibilities.
Requirements
maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Preferred? But we have Requirements and Qualifications separate. Could use Requirements for minimum qualifications, Qualifications for preferred? Or combine. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which to use. We have content for Requirements (minimum qualifications). Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills (maybe list organizational skills, relationship building, MS Office). Benefits (list). Pay (salary range). Schedule (summer schedule). About the role (overview). Responsibilities (duties). That seems fine. We must not include headings with filler like "not specified". All sections have content. We must not include duplicated lines, boilerplate, application instructions, EEO, etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like numbers of days leave, holidays, etc. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info: e.g., "Benefits are effective immediately100% employer provided medical & dental coverage employees (employee only option)85% employer provided medical & dental coverage for employee's spouse and/or familyVoluntary vision insuranceStaff Annual Leave (minimum accrual of 15 days) & Sick (minimum accrual of 12 days)17 paid holidays and 3 personal days each yearSummer schedule: 4-day work week - Fridays OffEmployer paid long-term disability and life insurance premiums Tuition waiver & reimbursement for employeesTuition waiver for dependentsPERA employer (see www.copera.org for comprehensive benefits) Additional supplemental benefits & retirement programs availableAccess to the PERC (Aims gym) for employee & one guestFree parking on all campuses" We need to format that as list items. Also note "Minimum Hiring Annual Salary $74,836.00 Maximum Hiring Annual Salary $80,823.00 To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus: 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered. The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year." We need to keep that. Also "This position requires the use of a company vehicle for business travel. The selected candidate must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance." Now, we need to avoid repeating job title. Not include Job ID etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft sections:About the role

Summer schedule: 4‑day work week – Fridays off.
We need to ensure we didn't duplicate schedule info (already in Benefits). But schedule section is allowed if posting actually states it; it does state summer schedule. It's okay to have both Benefits and Schedule sections; but schedule is also in Benefits list. Might be redundant but not prohibited. However we should avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication but better to avoid redundancy. However schedule is a distinct piece of info; we could keep it only in Benefits and not have separate Schedule section. But the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have schedule info (summer schedule). So we could include Schedule section with that info. It's okay if also mentioned elsewhere; not prohibited. We'll keep both. Check for any boilerplate we inadvertently kept: We removed application instructions, EEO, etc. We kept the salary guarantee statement, which is substantive. We kept the bit about "The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year." That's substantive. We kept the bit about "Per
