Responsibilities
- Oversee a U.S. Army portfolio for disciplined execution across multiple programs
- Set operational priorities and establish accountability across the portfolio
- Direct Program Managers to align contract execution with operational goals
- Maintain portfolio operations through financial reviews and staffing management
- Identify risks and implement proactive corrective measures to maintain contract performance
- Standardize best practices while granting Program Managers necessary autonomy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of federal contracting experience, with a focus on operations and program management, especially in Army logistics
- 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple programs or geographically dispersed operations
- Experience managing large U.S. Government contracts with a focus on performance metrics and financial outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and address complex operational issues
Pay
$185,000 – $190,000 annually
