Program Director - Hillside

About the role

The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license required
• High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor’s degree with three years of congregate care experience required
• Degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred
• Two years of previous supervisory experience required
• Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have three years of experience in a related field
• Must have two years of supervisory experience
• Must be able to complete 2 weeks of orientation training

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with group homes and congregate care settings
• Knowledge of DBT clinical model

Pay

The pay range for this position is $54,000-$63,640 annually depending on experience and education.

Schedule

This position is located in Rutland, MA and the schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.

$2,000 Sign-on Bonus Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
