Program Director / Gymnastics Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll provide training)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Oversee program quality to ensure every class meets or exceeds curriculum expectations
• Train and evaluate the team to maintain high standards
• Ensure kids walk out of classes more confident than when they arrived
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while managing daily operations
• Engage with children and their families to foster a supportive community

Requirements

• Ability to work with children aged 4 months to 12 years
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (a plus)
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Flexible schedule to accommodate various activities

Qualifications
