About the role
This position provides leadership and oversight for services delivered to elementary schools throughout School District No. 23.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for services delivered to elementary schools throughout School District No. 23.
- Laid off without benefits during the summer break, reinstated one week prior to the start of the new school year with benefits.
- Primarily work Monday to Friday, with hours that may fluctuate to accommodate the program's schedule and the needs of the agency and administration.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Valid BC Driver’s License.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of child development and mental health principles.

Pay
$5,500 - $ 5,600 per month based on experience and education.
Schedule
Full-Time, 30-hours per-week, primarily Monday to Friday, with hours that may fluctuate to accommodate the program's schedule and the needs of the agency and administration.
