Program Director - Customer Architect

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery from initiation to closure
• Own and track time to value for customer outcomes
• Accelerate implementation cycles through AI-led SaaS models
• Drive commercial outcomes and identify upsell opportunities
• Manage program milestones with clear exit criteria
• Maintain a live risk register and manage dependencies
• Foster deep customer relationships at the C-suite level

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex enterprise software programs with 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles
• Deep insurance domain knowledge in Life & Pension or Property & Casualty
• Expertise in milestone-based delivery governance and scope control
• Experience managing global cross-functional teams and offshore resources
• Proven AI transformation experience in program management
• Strong skills in program financial management and budgeting
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
