Program Director Contractor – Fall 2026 Season – Swarm Basketball

Responsibilities

• Oversee seasonal program operations and logistics
• Recruit, support, and develop coaching staff
• Aid in player evaluations, team formation, and roster management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for coaches and families
• Ensure a positive experience for athletes, parents, and staff
• Support program growth and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, athletic administration, program management, or youth sports leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Passion for youth development and basketball
• AAU or travel basketball experience preferred

Compensation
