About the role
Oversee all activities related to providing quality service to residents, including maintaining the facility, providing excellent food service, engaging activities, and a caring nursing staff. Ensure Resident Centered Care is in place for all residents through personalized care plans that meet each resident’s needs. Address resident relations issues promptly and maintain strong communication with residents and their families. Ensure the facility is adequately staffed, mandatory training is completed, and appropriate programming is in place for each unit. Create a monthly Memory Care Program Calendar that addresses the social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs of residents. Manage annual budget projections, financial forecasting, and required government reports. Maintain the community to company standards and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Nursing License
- Three or more years of assisted living experience in memory care
- Three or more years of proven success in operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay
Starting at $78,000 annually with bonus potential.
