Program Director

About the role

At The Little Gym, we believe in Serious Fun! As a Program Director, you will reinforce and lead our core values and mission, teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum, and develop a fun and professional work environment for staff. Your role will involve public speaking, outstanding customer service, and maintaining key business indicators to grow enrollment and finances.

You’ll also handle office tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, and ensure a clean and safe environment by maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce and lead The Little Gym’s core values and mission statement.
• Teach gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff.
• Lead curriculum development for your team in collaboration with leadership.
• Communicate program and event knowledge professionally to customers and staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences.
• Assist the Gym Director in studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators.
• Handle office tasks, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Love for having fun, engaging with children, and giving high-fives.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Strong ability to connect with both children and parents.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism and hard work.

Pay

$52,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Somersault Operating, the franchise owner, has 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA) and is expanding with new locations in the coming years.
