Program Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the execution of the Behavioral Health Program.
• Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of therapeutic programs that meet the needs of each resident in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that key performance indicators are met.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of service quality.
• Coordinate with other departments for effective program delivery.
• Facilitate Behavioral Team meetings.
• Supervise staff.
• Ensure the accurate documentation of residents’ progress in the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of direct experience working with the mentally ill, preferably severely mentally disordered patients.
• 2+ years of experience in program supervision and staff management.
• Experience with treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or behavioral health programs.

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems.

Pay

Salary Range: $95,683‑$104,000 per year
