PROGRAM DIRECTOR
About the role
NFI North Beacon House is a Residential Treatment Program for adolescents 13-20 located in Buxton, Maine. This program is high staff intensive and operates an on-site DOE licensed Special Purpose Private School. It serves up to eight children with significant mental health and behavioral issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the program
- Manage a staff team of approximately 25 who provide treatment and educational services for the youth served
- Administer administrative duties including budget oversight, payroll, scheduling, on-call, training oversight and facilitation of management and staff meetings
- Work as part of a team to provide care and treatment interventions which help the youth transition successfully back to their family or next placement
- Be considered an integral part of the larger agency leadership team
Requirements
A master’s degree in social work or human services plus 3 years supervisory experience or a bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years supervisory experience.
