Schedule

Full-time with on-call responsibilities. Schedule will vary based on needs of programs and may include evenings and weekends. This position will be hybrid with some work-from-home capabilities.

Pay

$49,400 annual. If the candidate meets the mandatory educational requirements for this role, they will also receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Personnel management and program coordination, including assuring staff complete orientation and ongoing training
  • Monitor all aspects of the program, including developing individual goals and plans, and implementing the program
  • Assure coordination and management of overall operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of the programs
  • Provide leadership and team building with staff at programs
  • Ensure quality of services in alignment with person-centered practices, licensing, and Dungarvin expectations
  • Direct care as needed at programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field (required)
  • At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities
  • At least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing individuals' programs, budgets, and supervising employees (desired)
  • Demonstrate good decision-making, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift/transfer and provide personal care to persons served
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Successful clearance of a criminal background check (pre-employment requirement)
