Position Summary The Program Director (PD) is responsible for the supervision and management of the treatment program, facility, staff and clients. He/She consults with the Division Leader, Director of Operations and the Chief Executive Officer on an as needed basis to ensure services, program functioning and client treatment are being conducted in a manner consistent with the Discovery Behavioral Health mission statement and values.
