About the role
Pulse FM, a CHR station owned by Curtis Media Group, is seeking a hands-on Program Director in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a lead-from-the-front role for someone with a strong street presence who engages in the community rather than working behind a desk. The ideal candidate will bring sharp social media instincts, a collaborative relationship with the sales team, and the drive to build a brand that resonates with listeners.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Music Director ready to step into their first Program Director role.
Responsibilities
- Set the pace as a leader and actively engage in the community
- Leverage strong, current social media skills and content sense
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue
- Build and strengthen the station’s brand to connect with a young, engaged audience
Requirements
- Passion for CHR (Contemporary Hit Radio) and connecting with listeners
- Experience as a Music Director or similar role, with readiness to step into a Program Director position
