Responsibilities
- Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care
- Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model
- Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & Interpretation and dissemination
- Affirms that nursing practice is evidence based
Requirements
- NYS Registered Nurse License unencumbered
- MSN Required
- Management experience 3-5 years
- Shared Governance experience
- Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience
- Professional certification in a related specialty of willingness to obtain with in 3 years of hire
