Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

• Background in Pharmacy or Nursing highly preferred
• Proven track record in leading large-scale clinical implementations
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate national and local stakeholder landscapes
• Mastery of project management tools and budgetary oversight

Pay

Salary: $105,830.21 - $147,521.09 per year
