Program Director

Responsibilities

• Provide direct engagement and support to multiple government clients, overseeing a team of managers in executing 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis operations.
• Support technical team leads, recruiting, staff retention, monthly contract and financial status reports, and deliverable document schedule and quality.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and specialized skills to create value, enhance capabilities, and analyze trends across the Federal Government and industry.
• Identify options, provide recommendations, implement solutions, manage risk, schedule, and backlog assessment boards to generate an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Support customer briefings and meetings, ranging from daily operational briefings to high-level strategic presentations.
• Provide domain expertise in the integrated defense of the Intelligence Community (IC) Information Environment.
• Offer strategic and technical insights, innovation concepts, and whitepapers to expand capabilities and support.
• Serve as a senior-level consultant, advisor, and support specialist as needed.
• Oversee timesheet review, approval, and guidance, as well as individual and program performance standards.
• Manage technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling for concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.
• Act as a proposal key bid Program Manager for future IC Account programs.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• PMP certification.
• 10-12 years of experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
• Experience briefing senior Government Leadership.
• Experience as a manager or supervisor, including recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
• Experience with Government contract financial reporting (customer and contractor internal).
• Willingness to serve as a proposal key bid Program Manager for future IC Account programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT certification.
• Experience supporting IC, DoD, or similar Cyber Missions.
• Understanding of organization and established relationships/reputation with DIA and ODNI.
• Experience with Government contract deliverables and CPARS.
