• Brings people together, creates alignment and handles challenging conversations with confidence
• Spoins risks early and takes action before they become bigger issues
• Enjoys being close to the work and supporting teams through delivery challenges
• Makes thoughtful decisions and helps others navigate change, complexity and competing priorities.
