About the role
As Program Director, Air Dominance & Strike, you will lead the development and execution of programs aimed at transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the integration of cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies into military systems.Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of advanced air dominance and strike programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives, driving innovation within the organization.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and defense contractors.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the defense industry, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on advanced technology integration in military contexts.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
