About the role

As Program Director, Air Dominance & Strike, you will lead the development and execution of programs aimed at transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the integration of cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies into military systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced air dominance and strike programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives, driving innovation within the organization.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and defense contractors.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the defense industry, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on advanced technology integration in military contexts.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
