Program Delivery Lead

This role is a versatile, delivery resource deployed into specific workstreams to provide hands-on support and drive execution. The resource will rotate between initiatives based on shifting program priorities over a 6-month contract. The expected outcome is the successful, on-time delivery of critical workstream components and the resolution of delivery bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
- Integrate seamlessly into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of specific project components within assigned workstreams.
- Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and business goals.
- Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
- Identify project blockers and resource constraints, implementing effective solutions.
- Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream objectives are met.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to the Program Delivery Manager and Program Director.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles.
- Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to assess project health and execute recovery plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences.
- PMP Certification
Preferred Experience
- ScrumAgile/waterfall Methodology
- Experience in consulting from: EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC etc.
Location and Schedule
Location: US: Raleigh / Durham, Austin, Atlanta. In-Office Requirement: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week. Travel: Up to 10% for program workshops and stakeholder meetings. This will be fully funded as required.
