Program Counselor/In Home Support Staff
Valid license, vehicle, and insurance are required for this position. Open to part-time or full-time. Willing to travel all over Twin Cities area.
About the role
Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO) provides services and supports for individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses. The Individualized Home Support Staff (IHS) provides direct supervision and training for people who live in community settings. Broad categories for support include community participation, health, safety and wellness, household management, and adaptive skills by offering guidance and instruction to the client. Persons served are typically seen multiple times weekly and may require remote support for the purposes of check-ins and consultation.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide services to individuals by consistently meeting and assessing the individual's goals and needs (per guidelines set by DHS and the agency).
