About the role
Collins Aerospace, an RTX Corporation, is seeking a Finance Intern to join the Operations Finance team in Largo, Florida. This role supports programs mainly within the Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP) portfolio and potentially other Collins Aerospace businesses. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance team, performing weekly and monthly program cost and schedule analysis to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations & Program office functional teams to influence decisions and successfully execute production and depot contracts
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key cost, schedule, and performance drivers
- Analyze program financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights to program leadership
- Prepare and analyze Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports, including variance analysis, risks, and opportunities
- Interface with multiple cross-functional teammates and internal customers across different locations and time zones

Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, and/or Economics and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op session
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience
- Relevant experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects

Pay
The salary range for this role is $37,000 – $82,000 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
