Basic Purpose
The Program Coordinator provides operational support to the Sales team for all accounts utilizing an MSP/VMS. He/she will act as the point of contact, provide support, and perform all daily job responsibilities servicing the MSP/VMS process for internal and external clients. In this operational role, the Program Coordinator is responsible for timekeeping, generating reports, problem-solving, and practicing timely and consistent communication between multiple departments.
Essential Functions
- Manage and oversee operational functions for MSP accounts or accounts that utilize a VMS
- Provide accounting and reconciliation services including, but not limited to:
- Audit matches in the internal database to ensure accurate setup and tagging
- Enter and manage weekly timesheets and expenses in eRecruit and VMS systems
- Monitor technology for approvals and upload documentation to eRecruit
- Work with Billing and Travel departments to audit and approve timesheets and reconcile expenses in eRecruit
- Track TPS Invoicing and align to an internal database
- Work collaboratively with Collections as needed to help resolve outstanding invoices
- Cook with Cash App to ensure accurate posting of payments received
- Cook with onboarding and recruiting teams to collect, track, and upload required credentialing documentation
- Aid sales with review and submission of presentations in the system
- Aid Producers with VMS technology training and act as a resource for MSP processes
- Generate reports, as required
- Actively participate in the completion of accurate internal and external audits
- Act as a liaison to ensure exceptional internal and external customer service
- Participate in scheduled meetings to ensure effective management of MSP accounts
- Manage a high volume of emails for multiple internal email accounts
- Represent and support the business initiatives of MDA and Cross Country Healthcare internally and externally
- Provide appropriate team coverage (i.e. backup) when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, as well as email and database systems
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College courses preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
