About the role

The Program Coordinator, Technical Assistance provides essential administrative and project coordination support for cross-functional initiatives. This role supports planning, execution, and tracking of internal programs and processes, ensuring efficient scheduling, documentation, and communication. You’ll serve as a key coordinator across departments, helping teams stay aligned, organized, and focused on priorities that support healthcare organizations and the communities they serve.

This position is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional with strong emotional intelligence who thrives in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, naturally curious, and comfortable working in evolving situations where priorities may shift. Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and internal communications to support program execution and interdepartmental coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, updates, and outcomes using internal tracking systems and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to track project milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
• Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with program coordination in human resources and supporting workforce readiness preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment with high-speed internet.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

• Travel up to 20% nationally for on-site Go-Live support or training, including air, vehicle, or train travel.

Pay

OCHIN uses broadened pay ranges to support equitable and market-aligned compensation. The final offer will be based on skills, certifications, education, experience, training, responsibilities, internal equity, and market data.

• Midpoint: $84,521
• Maximum: $112,695
