About the role
Coordinate a team providing support and case management services to adults in Burlington County experiencing concurrent issues with Opioid Use Disorder, aiming to maintain recovery and prevent future overdoses.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative oversight to case managers and recovery specialists
- Conduct team meetings per agency standards
- Conduct individual supervisions per agency and licensing standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated and effective team
- Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to employees and ensure timely feedback including performance appraisals
- Oversight of quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to contracting and agency requirements
- Ensure programs meet productivity and Level of Service (LOS) targets
- Ensure staff meet agency standards for productivity based on community-based expectations
- Communicate regularly with state-based coordinators for questions and monthly/quarterly data submissions
- Maintain comprehensive case management assessments addressing life domains like housing, finances, transportation, legal services, vocational employment, health care, and family strengths/needs
- Provision direct case management services to consumers, including recovery planning
- Use engagement skills to motivate and encourage voluntary service access for a healthy lifestyle, including referrals to higher level care
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
- CADC or Master’s degree in health, psychology, counseling education, or other behavioral health profession preferred
- 3 years’ experience working with high needs individuals with substance use disorders preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
