Program Coordinator - Seasonal

About the role
The Program Coordinator provides support to Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams for the K12 Group Domestic lines of business by ensuring completeness and accuracy on all tasks. Goals center around accurate and detailed workflow in a timely manner while providing a high level of positive customer service to internal stakeholders. The role involves understanding products, sales, and operational guidelines to balance business rules and support sales with accurate and timely completion to win and retain business.
Responsibilities
- Supports Sales and Account Management teams with proofing operational requests, reviewing pricing, drafting and reviewing itineraries, handling itinerary changes, tour customizations, general destination/product information, answers to pricing and itinerary specifics, and special requests by using knowledge of program destinations, systems, and/or communicating with AM/Sales and Product Delivery teams.
- Contributes to oversight and review of tour writing resources.
- Assists in the coordination of tour details and ensures all deadlines between departments are met.
- Supports sales and account management by answering questions, providing recommendations, and completing tasks within the tour life cycle.
- Acts as liaison between Production and Sales/Account Management teams, ensuring that internal business rules and product standards are upheld.
- Uses knowledge of programs, products, and systems to assist in improvements to operational efficiency, pricing accuracy, and tour itineraries.
- Contributes to updates, development, and implementation of internal processes, rules, and procedures based on the needs of the business, including recognizing system or process gaps and reporting them in a timely manner.
- Provides support on other projects and tasks as requested by management, which may include responsibilities related to group management, pricing, or program operations/management.
- Prepares status updates, reports, and/or resources as requested by management.
- Maintains knowledge of company policies and procedures to serve as an effective staff member.
- Supports company policies and management decisions with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

Travel Requirements
- Some travel to other WorldStrides offices may be required; no more than once per year.
- Seasonality relates to peak volumes of itinerary work and is subject to change. Hours can range from 2-40 hours per week as season demands, totaling approximately 500-900 hours per year (may vary).
