Program Coordinator (Part Time), Recreation Department

About the role

Under occasional supervision, this individual will assist in developing a comprehensive public recreation program for all age groups in Hampton County.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and implementing programs and classes
• Assisting with public events
• Supervising instructors and other subordinates
• Reviewing work of subordinates for completeness and accuracy

Reports to the Director.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, supplemented by one to two years of experience in recreational programming, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
