Description
THIS POSITION IS ON THE OXFORD COLLEGE OF EMORY UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, 36 MILES EAST OF ATLANTA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement.
- Counsels and supports students on an ongoing basis.
- Manages logistics, budget, and vendor relationships associated with programs.
- Assists in developing and coordinating program-related conferences, conventions, or meetings.
- Monitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports.
- Prepares operational and statistical reports.
- Conducts training, represents the program at meetings and conferences, and networks with affiliated groups.
- Serves as a resource and mentor to students navigating leadership roles and involvement.
- Attends bi-weekly staff meetings and monthly Campus Life meetings.
- Participates in consistent 1-on-1 meetings with supervisor.
- Serves on departmental, divisional, or university committees or task forces as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program.
- Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
