Program Coordinator, Lead, Immunobiology

About the role

The Department of Immunobiology is seeking applications for a Student Services Administrative Professional III (Program Coordinator, Lead) to support student success and program development for our Immunobiology (IMB) programs.

Responsibilities

• Academic advising
• Programming and scheduling
• Admissions and enrollment management
• General support of department programs in IMB
• Assist in the maintenance and growth of the IMB Certificate program, IMB Master's online program, GPMM PhD program, and IMB Global International Program
• Manage student plans of study and petitions
• Ensure milestones are met and documented
• Advise on degree requirements
• Facilitate student/faculty advisor relationships
• Work with the graduate studies committee to establish program processes that align with IMB and the Graduate College
