About the role

Scheduled Hours: 40
Position Summary: Supports the work of the assigned program/project.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day operational coordination to the Pediatric Electrophysiology program.
  • Affords assistance with program logistics, including patient and procedure scheduling, prior authorization, and care coordination.
  • Affords assistance with program communications, such as communicating with referring providers on referral status.
  • Manages special events for program/project.
  • Affords administrative support for program such as calendar management, meeting organization and check requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal Office Environment
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional evening and weekend hours both on-campus and off-campus in service to community partners and to the institute’s mission
  • Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table
  • Equipment: Office Equipment
