Program Coordinator (Department of Family Medicine and Community Health)

Job Profile Title

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health seeks a Program Coordinator to support a growing body of research focused on maternal and child health outcomes with regards to opioid use disorder.

Responsibilities

• Work with PI and team during clinic hours to assist with patient communication, visit scheduling, resource connection, group facilitation and task delegation.
• Maintain patient communication outside of clinic hours to assist with resource referral, scheduling, programmatic questions, and follow up appointments.
• Attend all team meetings, partner meetings and trainings, and provide updates to funder on work being accomplished.
• Ensure 360 communication with team around patient needs, tracking referrals for external resources, and ensuring follow up around patient needs is completed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
