Job Summary

The Population Health Coordinator- Creative Content & Programs and Digital Media is responsible for developing innovative social media, promotional design, and content strategies that support awareness and engagement of The Shirvan Family Live Well Center and Population Health's new and existing programs. This position supports the overall efforts and strategic vision of the department.

Job Essentials

• Demonstrated interest and experience in Community Health, Public Health, or health related field
• 1-3 years of experience with Creative Content & Programs and Digital Media required
• Digital tool competencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstration of cultural awareness
• Demonstration of professional excellence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Current driver's license required and access to a vehicle
• Bilingual Spanish an asset
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary projects

Bachelor's Degree required

Compensation Range

$47,000 - $63,000 annually
