We work alongside the best and brightest to do incredibly cool things you wouldn’t believe. At Roush, you’re part of building the future. As a Program Coordinator, you’ll keep programs on track by coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
  • Aid the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, open issues, and material management.
  • Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor vendor performance.
  • Develop and execute small program plans.
  • Complete milestones on time and within budget, working with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.
  • Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports.
  • Review project status daily and report percentage of completion.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of coordination or skilled trade experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teams
  • Ability to follow directions and to prioritize a wide range of assignments
  • Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (preferred)
  • Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel (preferred)
  • Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
