We work alongside the best and brightest to do incredibly cool things you wouldn’t believe. At Roush, you’re part of building the future. As a Program Coordinator, you’ll keep programs on track by coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate office and shop activity and relay customer expectations.
- Aid the Project Manager in activities including timing, budgets, quality, open issues, and material management.
- Direct and coordinate assignments for subcontractors and monitor vendor performance.
- Develop and execute small program plans.
- Complete milestones on time and within budget, working with the cross-functional team to ensure deliverables.
- Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile reports.
- Review project status daily and report percentage of completion.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of coordination or skilled trade experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Excellent customer service skills, very detail oriented, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with different cross functional teams
- Ability to follow directions and to prioritize a wide range of assignments
- Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (preferred)
- Advanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends (preferred)
