About the role
This role supports acquisition programs within the Adaptive Acquisition Framework for a Marine Corps contract, providing programmatic and analytical support to develop and manage acquisition programs, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage acquisition programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals
- Develop and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project in line with government policies
- Track action items, support programmatic activities, and assist in preparing and reviewing documentation, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate with stakeholders, update systems, and support risk management activities
- Attend meetings, capture minutes, and provide briefing support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years supporting DoW programs under the Adaptive Acquisition Framework or DoD 5000; additional experience may substitute for degree
- Expertise in managing Integrated Master Schedules with MS Project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition professionals across various competencies
Preferred Skills
- Business or technical degree
- DAU/WarU certification
- Knowledge of USMC procedures
- SharePoint
- MS Teams
Security Clearance
An Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
Work Environment
The physical work involves a sedentary environment.
