Responsibilities
- Provide the government Project Office with programmatic and analytical support to develop and manage acquisition programs within the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AFF) within cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
- Develop and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule in accordance with current government policy.
- Capture and prepare meeting minutes, and provide presentation/support for meetings and conferences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience supporting DoW programs that rely on the Adaptive Acquisition Framework / DoD 5000.
- Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Must have expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for the DoW using MS Project.
- Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Must have experience leading DoD Acquisitions professionals supporting varying competencies (e.g., Systems Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Program Analysis).
Qualifications
- Business or Technical degree.
- DAYU / WarU Program Management Practitioner certified (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of USMC procedures and policies in support of acquisition, logistics, and fielding activities including the preparation of acquisition documentation, technical documentation, and data entry in spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience with SharePoint databases and MS Teams.
