Program Control Analyst

About the role

Prepares and analyzes cost forecasts and budgets for company Program Managers. Provides financial reporting to customers, sets up, administers, and closes out charge numbers and workforce in the Unanet financial system. Assists in revenue review and recognition, and billing systems support. Tracks, analyzes, and reconciles labor, travel, and Other Direct Costs (ODC) expenditures. Assists in preparation of internal budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost forecasts and budgets for Program Managers.
• Provide financial reporting to customers.
• Set up, administer, and close out charge numbers and workforce in Unanet.
• Assist in revenue review, recognition, and billing systems support.
• Track, analyze, and reconcile labor, travel, and ODC expenditures.
• Assist in preparation of internal budgets.
• Develop Budgets, Forecasts, and financial reports (FMERs, CFSRs, CPRs, and other financial reports).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance.
• Four or more years of directly related experience in government contracting program control function.
• Experience in developing Budgets, Forecasts, and financial reports (FMERs, CFSRs, CPRs, and other financial reports).

Qualifications

• Experience in Unanet financial software.
• Unanet planning experience.
• Basic knowledge of Government contract administration.
• Good communication skills.
• Active clearance is strongly desired.

Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite skills.
